We are offering three different options for flower arrangements. These arrangements are purchased in advance and will be available at the performance of your choice, for either personal pick-up, or delivery to your dancer backstage.

Instructions:
-Please fill out the form below with your name, the name of your dancer.

-Select either personal pick-up of your bouquet 15 minutes before the performance, or delivery to your dancer backstage.

-Select which performance for which you wish to have each bouquet prepared.

-Select your bouquet preference, include the number of bouquets you are sending.

-Submit your choices with the submit button.

-Submit payment for your order to initiate the flower order process.
